Directions

  1. 1. Cut cucumber into rounds/coins and place in a 32oz heat-safe mason jar.
  2. 2. Mix vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and MSG into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour mixture into jar with cucumbers.
  4. 4. Let cool for about 1 minute, then add dill and garlic.
  5. 5. Let jar cool to room temperature and pickles are done.
  6. 6. Store in fridge for months.
