Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 8-9 Eggs
- Cheese
- Splash of milk
- Bag of frozen tater tots
- Sliced green onion
- Sausage
- Salt
- Pepper
- Johnny's
- Garlic salt
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375F
- 2. Brown the sausage.
- 3. Layer frozen tater tots on the bottom of an oiled 9x13 baking dish.
- 4. Season tater tots with Jonny's and garlic salt.
- 5. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
- 6. Add sausage, green onion, and cheese to the mix.
- 7. Pour mixture over the layer of tater tots.
- 8. Put extra cheese on top
- 9. Bake for 25 minutes with some foil on top.
- 10. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes or so.
- 11. If it's still jiggly, it's not done baking
